Beth Robertson, Managing Director
A veteran manager specializing in strategic and product planning for financial services firms, Beth joined the Scorecard team in 2013. With more than 30 years of experience, Beth has held leadership roles as a consultant and as a senior-level industry analyst with expertise in digital channels, payments, and competitive positioning and strategy.
Prior to Keynova Group, she worked at Dynatrace, Keynote Systems, Javelin Strategy & Research, First Annapolis Consulting, TowerGroup, and PSI Global. Beth is a widely published author, has served as a speaker and expert panelist at numerous industry events, and was a ten-year Steering Committee member for NACHA.
Susan Foulds, Managing Director
Drawing on over 30 years of experience in mobile strategy, online banking, competitive analysis, and research, Susan joined the Scorecard team in 2004. Leading product management and strategy teams at emerging technologies firms, Susan worked with mobile messaging and nascent data services, online and mobile banking platforms, and electronic payments.
Prior to Keynova Group, Susan held positions at Dynatrace, Keynote Systems, Online Resources, U.S. West Wireless, BellSouth RAM Mobile Data, BT Dialcom, and IBM. She has served on committees at NACHA and the CTIA, and as a speaker and expert panelist at numerous industry events.
